The 5th International Conference on
Frontiers in Nanoscience and Technology
(Cochin Nano 2026)

September 26-28, 2026 at Cochin University of Science and Technology

Pre conference workshop on 25th September, 2026

Jointly Organized By
  • Department of Physics and Department of Polymer Science and Rubber Technology, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT)
  • India Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Thiruvananthapuram.
  • Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) Hyderabad.

About The Conference

The 5th International Conference on Frontiers in Nanoscience and Technology (Cochin Nano- 2026) will be held at Cochin University of Science and Technology from September 26-28, 2026. This event is a sequel to the Fourth International Conference on Frontiers in Nanoscience and Technology (Cochin Nano-2016) held at Cochin University of Science and Technology.

This conference aims to bring together researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and innovators to explore and advance the frontiers of nanoscience and nanotechnology. It will comprehensively cover all major aspects of the field, including cutting-edge developments in 2D materials such as graphene and beyond, functional nanostructures, and the synthesis and self-assembly of nanomaterials. The program will also highlight emerging areas like nanophotonic materials, nanomagnetism, nanofluids, and carbon nanostructures, along with interdisciplinary domains such as nanobiotechnology, nanotoxicology, and biomimetic materials. Further, the conference will address technological applications in nanoelectronics, agriculture, and frugal innovation while highlighting advances in nanosensors, hybrid nanostructures, and nanoenergetics, promoting collaboration and knowledge exchange across diverse scientific communities.
